Over the next couple of months I am going to be experiementing with different templates.
If there is that you particularly like or one that you just think is plain ugly then comment and we will see what we end up with.
On a completely different note today is Dave and my 9th wedding anniversary, it seems like yesterday that we got married.
Where does the time go?!
Why does time seem to get faster the older you get?
If anyone has any reflections or thoughts on this strange phenomena I would love to hear them.
Happy anniversary Dave
Blessings Emma

A definition of love
I am interested in what people's definition of love is. I have heard a few such as:
"Love is holding someones hair back while they throw up, and cleaning up after"
"Love is cooking with capsicum for the taste and then picking it out because she doesn't like it"
"Love is just being there for them"
"Love is putting the other person first"
What would your definition be?

A great weekend
I am currently recovering for a fantastic weekend.
The week end just gone was the Girls' Brigade NSW State Conference, it was inspiring and full of future hope.
Many people believe that GB is antiquated, out of touch with society and out of date.
Well ITS NOT!!
I have sometimes come away from GB things wondering the same thoughts but this conference had more young people at it than there was in the past and a vision and hope for the future which was more evident than I remember seeing previously. My faith has been completely restored in GB.
It was a wonderful privilege to spend time with women who are passionate about Jesus and about helping girls become confident, responsible girls who have a relationship with Jesus. There is nothing about those things that is antiquated.
Another thing that was encouraging for me was spending time with the young women and hearing the plans for the Youth Forum. This is a way that the Youth can be involved in the grass roots of the development and direction of GB. I am looking forward to continuing my involvement as the Chaplain for Youth Forum and helping them find ways of impacting other girls lives.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this or reflections of those who were at conference.
If you have stumbled on this blog and don't know about Girls Brigade them ask in the comments and I will contact you. I am currently trying to make my links work and will be putting a link to their web site up.
Blessings
